开学伊始，“预制菜进校园”引发公众关注。一些家长对预制菜的质量和安全表示担忧。预制菜由于方便快捷逐渐进入大众视野，究竟什么是预制菜？营养价值怎么样？对人体有伤害吗？不少家长的共识是，在孩子饭菜方面，效率和成本不应作为第一考量。
