Have you ever felt that when you lie leisurely on the sofa eating snacks, chasing the play, holding mobile games, or staring at the mobile screen watching novels, it should have been a very relaxed and leisurely thing, but maybe something will flash in your mind at some moment, which makes you suddenly become very anxious and speechless irritable, It may be that the work has not been completed, or it may be that your study plan has not been completed, etc.
你是否也有过那样一种感觉，当你悠闲的躺在沙发上吃着零食追着剧，或者抱着手机游戏，又或者盯着手机屏幕看着小说的时候，原本应该是件很放松悠闲的事情，但是可能某个瞬间你的心里脑海里就会闪过些什么，让你突然之间变得很焦虑，说不出的烦躁，有可能是工作没做完，也有可能是自己的学习计划没完成等等。
