The fall season is often viewed as a natural "fresh start" moment, making it an ideal time to reset and refocus, a point in time that can spark motivation to take on new challenges.
Fifty days is often called the magic number for forming new habits. It's long enough to help you break old routines and build new ones, but not so long that you burn out and give up. In other words, 50 days is the sweet spot — the perfect window to go from "forcing yourself" to "doing it naturally", setting a strong foundation for habits that stick.
