According to China Daily report, recently average house prices in Beijing's secondary market have hit about 42,000 yuan per square meter. The price in Guangzhou is also close to 20,000 yuan, which is almost four times than the monthly income of a general local worker.
In places where housing prices are consistently high, the barriers to entry for owning a home are steep. But if you rent, you can move almost whenever you want. As we know, many people in western country just rent house for their whole life, so,is it OK to rent forever?
据《中华日报》报道，北京的二手房平均房价已经去到4万2一平方，广州的平均房价也逼近2万，差不多是当地平均月收入的4倍。拥有一套房子的门槛已经越来越高了，国外很多人都是租一辈子房的，如果真的要你租一辈子房，你愿意吗？
