活动主题：要青山绿水，就应该摒弃工业吗？
Talking about South Africa,the first thing pops out from my mind is definitely diamond.By the middle of 1990s, this nation was ever one of the developed countries. However,after coming to power,Nelson Mandela, who embraced suggestions from some western environmental organizations, kicked off sores of prevention patterns on deindustrialisation. This risky reform resulted in severe backlash—a late number of bankruptcies among local industrial plants. Consequently,some western companies took over those plants at a pretty low prize. Unfortunely, South Africa didn't improve environment but lost their domestic industries. People in South Africa, who are struggling for living and household, have no time to focus on haze(smog).
一说起南非，第一时间想到的就是钻石。在90中期以前，南非一度都是是发达国家。可是，就在曼德拉上台后，接受了西方国际环保组织的建议，开始全面实施“去工业化”的治理模式，直接后果就是国内的所有工业企业迅速破产，并被虎视眈眈的西方外资企业以白菜价的收购。可悲的是，南非不仅没有得到青山绿水，反而失去了一切。饿着肚子的南非人民也就无无暇顾及雾霾问题了。
近年来，多地出现的雾霾问题日益受到国际和国民的诟病，就此在地方也引发了各种争议。例如：北京人民认为健康第一，应该坚决支持“根治”，而河北人民则认为不能根治，否则他们失去饭碗，难以生存。

今期GEC外语社团会向大家带来两款好玩的桌游,到场后由志愿者用中文教大家怎么玩,学会后开始用英语游戏。 请参加活动的同学一定要佩戴上徽章，游戏期间我们会规定：佩戴中、高级徽章（蓝、黄）的同学必须全程使用英语,不许用中文。佩戴初级徽章（绿）的同学可以适当使用中文。玩游戏的时候请尽量玩得开心点,不用拘紧,让我一起在游戏中寻找学英语的快乐！
