高考录取制度的调整会带来更公平吗？Do college entrance exam rule hurt fair?
Universities and colleges in some more developed provinces with rich tertiary education resources, such as Jiangsu and Hubei province, will this year have to take a larger number of students from less developed regions, such as Tibet and Xinjiang, who have passed the gaokao.
The Chinese ministry of Education explained that it made the change to the gaokao to further boost equal access to higher education and narrow the gap between developed provinces and their poorer counterparts. The comments follow a heated discussion in China about the ramifications of changes to the gaokao.
高考地域歧视，违反了教育公平的原则和理念，侵犯了公民平等的考试权，硬生生把原本平等的考生，划分成三六九等。《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》指出：要提高中西部地区和人口大省高考录取率。在东部地区高校安排专门招生名额面向中西部地区招生。2017年录取率最低省份与全国平均水平的差距从2013年的6个百分点缩小至4个百分点以内。
