除了叫骂打砸,航班延误你还能做些什么?Air-Rage: Behind the Scenes

Increasing headlines show reports of unacceptable and irate behavior on behalf of travelers in airports and on airplanes in China: In many ways these incidents could be seen as plane-goers finally saying enough-is-enough to extreme and unexplained delays, tactics used by airports to get out of compensating passengers for such delays, and a general lack of customer service culture in the industry.

This can’t be the whole story, and while these behaviors are by no means acceptable and can endanger the safety of everyone involved.

现在越来越多的头条文章在替旅客们的机场遭遇鸣不平:在大多数情况下,旅客们经常饱受其苦的是飞机莫名的延误、航空公司逃避延误补偿的伎俩。比如说让旅客准时登机,却要在机舱内等待近一个小时才起飞,以此来逃避被标为“延误”。对于班次的延误和取消,很多时候机场完全不会给出解释。当然这些不是全部,威胁到其他人生命安全的流氓行径也不能被容忍。
