网约车应该更方便还是更安全？Car hailing rules go too far?
The governments in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen released draft rules on car-hailing services. The rules require drivers to have a local household registration, or hukou, and vehicles with local car plates.
As a result of the sharing economy, car-hailing services have managed to strike a balance between the rising demand for convenient urban transport and many underused vehicles. According to the draft rules, most vehicles endorsed by the ride-sharing platforms such as the Didi-Uber conglomerate, would no longer be qualified to serve passengers.
北上广深四地几乎同时发布了网约车管理实施细则征求意见稿，对当地网约车司机户籍、驾龄、年龄、学历、车龄、车型、车牌、排量等等都做出相应规定。意见稿一出，瞬间激起千层浪，赞同者有之，反对者却也甚多，双方的观点碰撞主要在于共享经济下的网约车究竟应该更加方便还是更加安全？
