New Year's resolutions are traditionally made to change an undesired trait or behavior, accomplish a personal goal or otherwise improve your life.
Getting more exercise, losing weight, reading more and waking up earlier are all common resolutions that are easy to say but hard to do. In fact, many of us cannot stick to the goals that we set in the New Year. Which begs the question: how can we make more realistic resolutions? Should we take small steps toward a lofty goal or abandon our more ambitious plans altogether?
2017已经过去，2018刚刚登场。新旧之交，每个人都开始梳理过去，计划未来。想想过去，心动的目标，铮铮的誓言，也许并不少，而结果往往事与愿违。我们的欲望可以有很多，生活中时时处处的点点滴滴，都可能让我们很轻易的增加一点点的小心愿。但是一个人能支出的时间精力都是有限的。很多目标，不过是伪装过后的小贪婪。
