上海迪士尼“禁带食物”成被告 Shanghai Disney sued for snack food policy
A law school student in Shanghai has taken Shanghai Disney Resort to court for not allowing her to bring her own snacks into the park. Shanghai Disney Resort has banned outside food, alcohol and non-alcohol beverages over 600 milliliters inside its park since November 2017.
Although Shanghai Disney claims the food ban is due to hygiene reasons, that did not stop Chinese net users from speculating that Disney is applying double standards in Asia and forcing tourists to buy their food. Some users also complained about the high food prices inside Shanghai Disney.
2019年1月30日，华东政法大学大三学生小王携带零食进入上海迪士尼乐园时，被园方工作人员要求开包检查并加以阻拦。之后，小王与三位同学一起向上海浦东新区人民法院提请了诉讼。事件一经网络发酵，随即遭致广泛质疑：迪士尼是否有“禁带饮食”“翻包检查”的权力？园区内售卖高价餐饮是否合理？
